Experience

Responsibilities include taking real estate loan applications, analyzing information provided and qualifying members for loans based on Freddie Mac guidelines, discussing product options. Reviewing/understanding LP feedback certificate and advise member of conditions, terms and approval. Collecting all required documentation and submit to processing. Serving as primary contact for member throughout loan process.
