* Cross sell HFCU products and services

* Assist member with basic loan and mortgage

applications and questions

* Create daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed

* Excellent customer service

* Comprehensive knowledge of deposit and loan

products

* Familiar with credit reports

* Outstanding verbal and written communication
